Sunday Morning Breakfast

Obnoxious Dad was snapping pictures during breakfast this morning.

I'm trying to think of clever pirate-talk jokes here. But I'm too worn out. All I can come up with is a half-hearted reference to headin' to church in the good ol' gospel ship.

Brush yer teeth and get yer bibles and head to yer car, matey.

You're welcome.

That last picture is the moment when Levi asked us if he could change his name.

Me: Don't you like your name?

Levi: Not really.

Me: What would you like for your name to be?

Levi: Darth Vader. Or Yoda. Yeah. Definitely Yoda.

Happy Sabbath. May the force be with you.

My youngest son told my oldest son that he was Darth Vader. Oldest son says, "You can't be Darth Vader, I'm already Darth Vader." Youngest says, "Then I'm Darth Elevader" :) Boys are great!

The award for best trick or treater of all time at our house, was a pirate last year. He came up to the door, pillow case open and said, "Argh! Haaand ov-ah yer cahndy." Awesome.

Blessings, C~

Oh my goodness, I had never noticed how much your oldest son looks like Angela. He is adorable and will be quite a lady-killer in a few years. Course, so will Levi!!

Cute pix.

Well Lily Kate and that handsome little pirate, Yoda, did not think it was so obnoxious - they looked like they were loving the pics - hehe
Great kids!!

I'm not sure if this is Lily Kate's 'bed-hair' or if she worked the volume that morning...but for sure, she looked like she just let out some velcro rollers and is on the beauty go ... Bless the difficulty of being so beautiful on that child!

I wholeheartedly support Levi's name change. I would go with Darth Vader--it has a better ring to it than Yoda. And it's scarier.

We have pirate patches at my house! Goodies in birthday goody bags and we have the left overs..My 3 year old says "Arrgg Latey" and we dare not correct him. He doesn't appreciate dialog correction!
