Some Deeper Still Pics

Don't ask.

Don't ask, vol. 2.

Singing with our friend Mandisa.

Singing with my hot wife.

20,000 women hungry for the Word of God.

Deeper Still was an amazing event. We all have a lot to process. I hope to post some more pics and stories later.

The band and I are in Cartersville, GA. We have a concert tonight at First Baptist Cartersville at 6pm. If you are in the area, I hope you can come.

I will be forever sorry that I missed this! There's got to be some video somewhere that you can share with us. Beth rapping? That's a must see!! :o)

But my niece is married and on her way to Jamaica as we speak. Everything was just beautiful. My sister and brother-in-law is still trying to recover but everyone made it through the ceremony without totally losing it.

Glad that all went well.

I just got home last night (Birmingham area) from D.S., and I am with you on the processing thing. Wow..
I was so very, very blessed.
Let me share something that was really was special to me: Y'all were singing at one point, and the Spirit was so palpable at that moment. If I am not crazy, I saw that Sweet Angela became moved and the tears came, so rather than try to choke it back, she just raised her arms to the Lord and went with it.
She was worshipping up there in front of 20,000 women and it was obvious.
I was so incredibly blessed this weekend by ALL of it, though. Thank you all so much.

I was just sitting here doing a little work and listening to the radio. I kinda zoned out for a while, not really paying attention to what was playing, then I realized....YOU ARE ON THE RADIO!!! How cool is that? This is the first time I have heard you on the radio. They are playing 'My Passion'. YEA!!!!!

LOL!

I heard about the 'don't ask,' and I'm still asking. Trav - why are you trying to hide yourself in the middle like you don't have mad dancin' skillz OHHH - I know...it's b/c you wanted to be all humble and stuff and not be a stumbling block to those whose moves weren't up to par with your's, right? :)

Your bride is beyond beautiful - full agreement :)

Travis,
You are so gifted. I loved every minute of it all.
It was perfect. I love it when music leads our hearts straight to the Lord in worship, and all the other stuff just falls away.
It was amazing. I will sing along to my CD and remember this weekend forever. It was transforming!

I think it is so cool that you and your wife sing together! My husband and I do that as well (although, on a much smaller stage) and it is such a blessing.

I didn't get a chance to buy the CD at DS, so what was the surprise that everyone got that bought it??? Also, your wife is precious! (and has the cutest clothes too... where does she shop??)
God Bless you! You guys are awesome and you feel that He is present when you worship!!!! It's like a taste of heaven!

Oh my goodness what a BLAST!!!! It was such an amazing time!

Travis, you and the team were so in the Spirit -- thank you for bringing us along on your worship ride!

Question -- The last set that y'all did before Beth spoke, can you share the song line-up? It was either the 2nd or 3rd song, I had never heard it before and can't remember the words right now -- LOL, my brain is FRIED after soaking in everything God had to share through those 3 women! -- but I LOVED it and want to snag it off iTunes or find it at LifeWay!!

Thank you for everything you put into this weekend -- may you be blessed 100-fold!

Did we hear from God at DS or what? I am still on cloud nine. The worship was awesome, and the teaching was truly a blessing. Now, I just have to figure out how I can go to the one in Vegas.

I was there and it was a wonderful weekend! The music was beautiful, fun and worshipful. I've already told our music minister about "Mercy Seat" and it's on my iPod.

Thank you for following God's calling and blessing us so!

Where can I find "Mercy Seat" to download it to my iPod? The praise and worship team did awesome in taking us into the presence of the Most High God. Deeper Still was an amazing time of worshiping in the Spirit and in the Truth.

I know this is a little off-topic for this particular post, but I just felt led to say "thank you" for your music. I stumbled across "I Stand Amazed" from Hands Lifted High, and immediately went out and dl'd the rest.

I'd have to say "2000 Years" is my absolute favorite... that's one powerful song. I liked it so much I made myself a video for it using sequences from the Passion of the Christ movie (couldn't find any YouTubers who had put anything together).

So anyway, thank you so much and may God continue to bless all you do for Him and for us.

Travis,
It was so great to see your wife in Atlanta! The first time I saw you guys was in Phoenix in October 2002. Angela was big and round and ready to deliver. I haven't seen her since. Next I saw you guys in Lake Forest, CA (Feb '03). That's when I fell in LOVE with Mandisa's voice. She held that high note for what seemed like minutes in the background while you sang. Since then I've moved to the South and have had the privilege of worshipping with you guys in Columbia, SC 2007. I just got to go to Jacksonville, FL in March and now Atlanta this weekend. I sat on the front row both days in Jacksonville & Atlanta, what a treat!

I also e-mailed you back when Mandisa was on AI to ask if she was the girl I saw in your praise band in Phoenix and Lake Forest. I thought I recognized her and you e-mailed back to confirm it.

It's been so great to journey with you guys over the U.S. This weekend was my most monumental of the events I've been to. There aren't words to adequately express what this weekend did for me and the ladies with me. Some mighty shackles fell this weekend! God showed up! He is so good!

Thanks for what you do!
Jaime

Travis,

I'm still mad that I couldn't go to Deeper Still in the ATL, but I did go to college with Miss Lici (Lee Univ), and can I just say it makes so happy to see her singing with you! She is just wonderful!!!
