Yes, Debbie from NC

Yes, Amy from SD - though I'm not leading right now...just planning and participating with our team on voice/flute/keyboard. Our church has not allowed women to lead worship yet. And, we've only had worship teams for about 9 years. Talk about some uphill climbing ahead of us!!

My husband is a worship leader too, and while he doesn't always read it himself, he gets a report from me regularly.

Back in the day my wife and I lead together. We took time off... for obvious reasons.

Hey Travis!
I just got back yesterday from the Beth Moore conference in Mpls...it was fabulous, and you were awesome! I loved the humble spirit both you and Beth exhibit, and the eclectic choices of music you used.
I am a worship leader; not actively leading worship at this time, but I don't think the passion ever leaves! I'm looking forward to more from you!

Oh I wish I was a worship leader...my singing alone could cause weeping and gnashing of teeth. Praise God for those who do lead, they bless my heart!

I'm a former worship leader, not currently leading, but getting the "urge" (Holy Spirit nudge) to serve/lead again.

Oh my, I can't believe I just typed that. I hope my Pastor isn't reading this blog!!

Anyway, does that count?

P.S. I think I need a staycation too.

Yes! I actually am part of my praise team at my church, if that counts. I don't lead, but used to help lead a few years ago.

Yes, I am starting too. I have led worship at ladies retreats. I am allowed to lead vocally, just not the worship part of it in our church services. What is your take on women leading worship in a church service setting ?

Yes, I lead worship at our church. Kind of by default-I feel more called than qualified, but I'm obedient to the call and doing my best through God's grace.

I just got home from one of the simulcast locations. Loved it and had to come home and check out the blogs and then I saw this post. So here I am in your comments section.

I'm not THE Worship leader at our church, but I sing alto for our Praise Band...and well, I think if you're up there on the stage...you better be ready to lead...cause someone's watching you and really, it is a team effort...right?!

That was the long answer.

Short answer. Yes...Ginger from Arkansas
