Party Pics

OK...so I am shameless. But I have some pics of Lily Kate's party to post.

Here is the whole fam...

And here is the birthday girl...soaking in the joy of everything being all about her for a day...

Every present...a new joy...

Notice I'm not mentioning the crown. It's because it's an everyday accessory...

All the boys could do was watch in amazement...

But they were excited for their sis...

Lily Kate and her girlfriends had a great time. It was her first slumber party. Easy on the slumber. Heavy on the party...

And what birthday is complete without some Carolina blue hair??

looks like everyone had a great time! Happy Birthday Lily Kate!

You'll have many more years of "slumber" parties ahead, Dad!

These pictures are so cute it is not even funny! Also, I am so glad to know that I am not the only one who puts banners up on the fireplace!

I love those pictures. I know all about the 'everyday crowns' with my 2 daughters. Travis, your wife is gorgeous. Why on earth would she not want her picture posted??? You did good!

I have to share this: My girls and I were listening to Unashamed Love, and my 6 year old asks "Does Travis (like your our neighbor) have any kids?" I said yes and his little girl had a HSM2 b-day party. She got so excited (about the HSM2)and then exclaimed "MOM how did you know? You are so SMART!" I just grinned and will hold that statement close to my heart until she becomes a teenager and I am suddenly "dumb"!
Thanks for the pics they are precious!

Oh, how precious! My favorite one is the one about the crown and how it is an everyday accessory...priceless and precious!

And, those pictures are def. keepers for when the girls are older. They will love that! Do I see a "rehearsal dinner slideshow" in the future?!?!

Okay:
1) I'm glad you posted the pics b/c all of blogging women were trying not to have to beg for them and give you a chance first :)
2) Loving the family photo. And Angela's hair do is looking fantabulous :)
3) I was cracking up at your reference of very little slumber, and lots of party, when I saw the tshirt of when of Lily Kate's friend: "Love to Party" ... those are my kind of girls.
4) I'm in VA after 10 hours of driving today, and I have about 10 more...so I'm delirious and need to stop while I make any bit of sense!

Hmmm...I had left a comment. Maybe it didn't work. Have you heard anyone else say something?

I just said that I loved Angela's hair and it makes me want to hold out and grow mine long again. Beautiful lady, your Angela is!

Happy Belated birthday to your princess!

I am loving the pictures of your beautiful family!!
What a blessing!
Lily Kate is a hoot - the look on her face opening those presents is priceless!
Oh and I love that she wears a crown everyday :)
Having 2 boys we never see crowns around here just fireman hats, construction helmets etc... :)
God bless,
Kim

Hey reminds me of the LPM blog where Melissa said she overhead this comment, “Of course we have tiaras, this is a Women’s Ministry for crying out loud”. Uh, yeah. Go Lily Kate!

Travis, you absolutely melt my heart everytime you speak one word about your precious family. I love it!

And thank God for Carolina blue hair and beautiful babes who dawn it proudly! :) It looks like Lily Kate was treated like royalty on her special day. You go, Lily Kate!

Oh my!! I'm even more convinced Lily Kate and my Sammie are twins. . seperated only by age (and parents).

She is just so cute, I could eat her up with a spoon!!! Enjoy each and every minute with her Travis. Before you know it she'll be all grown up!
