Save The Date

A few weeks ago I referred to some fun ministry plans in the making. I still don't have a lot of information. But I would like to tell you to mark January 25, 2009 on your calendar. On that night, my team and I will be recording a new live worship CD and DVD. We will be recording at First Baptist Church Woodstock, GA (Atlanta area). We will be joined by the church's 300+ voice choir. We will also be joined by a couple of VERY SPECIAL GUESTS...to be named later. ; >)

I am so excited about this night, and all that God holds in store for His glory through all of these sweet people coming together to worship Him. If there is any way you can make it, I would love for you to be there.

I'll do my best to make it! I may even be in the area. Any "signed, sealed, delivered" on the agenda? :)

We had a very grateful Siesta in Ga who already gave us the heads up :)

My hubby and I plus our 2 little guys are planning to make the trip
I told my hubs he has to hear you sing in person - it is a glimpse of what Heaven will sound like

Plus I have been to 5 LPL conferences so I have been so blessed to hear you that many times and it is about time my guy gets to be blessed as well

I just hope my 5 yr old does not decide he wants to sing - he is a bit LOUD - hehe
Blessings,
Kim

Oh rats, I would so be there but I am speaking that weekend to a Ladies Night Out on Amelia Island at Amelia Baptist Church and we will probably be on the way back. Darn it!!

Can't wait to hear and see the results, though.

Travis - we are working toward a mini Siesta Fiesta - a GEORGIA Siesta Fiesta and your live worship CD/DVD will most likely be the HIGHLIGHT of that event if we can pull this together. We're working on it - can't wait. Of course Tami "Grateful in GA" is a siesta in the choir there!

That is an awesome choir and orchestra. I had the absolute privilege to sing with them on a Sunday night a couple of years ago. The Governor of GA, Sonny Perdue, is a believer and is a friend of mine and he gave his personal testimony that night and asked me to come sing the old gospel song "He Reached Down His Hand For Me" before he shared. WOW! I sang and they were my "backup." THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE!

The Minister of Music there is amazing, so gracious and anyway - it was a highlight for me for sure. Gov. Perdue's "home church" is my church here in the middle of Georgia and my husband is the Minister of Music!

So blessed -
Thank you,
Georgia Jan

I'm behind on my blog reading but this just totally made my day. I will so be there. I'm really exited. Anytime I get to hear your beautiful voice is such a blessing. I will also buy the CD & DVD when it comes out. I hope you & your family have a great Thanksgiving.

For this split second, I wish I lived on the east side of the US of A! Can't come down from WA state w/o a massive miracle...but I'd love to commit to praying for this special worship event. God has spoken to me through your team's worship CDs & LPM conferences before, and I pray that He will use each of you to do a mighty work in GA & all over the world after the project is complete. To Him be all the glory forever and ever!
