Easter at Englewood

I'm so pumped to be worshipping with our new Englewood church family this Easter weekend. 4 services: Saturday at 6:30, Sunday at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00. We are going to have a great time. It's my first Easter Sunday to lead worship at a church in 6 years...not to mention that I am still on stun with joy for this new call and this new day. AM I EXCITED, YOU ASK? EXCITED? ME EXCITED? WHYEVER WOULD YOU THINK SO???

Can I get a big WOO HOO?!

I hope to see you there. And I hope you have an amazing Easter wherever you are. Time to celebrate that because the tomb is empty, WE AREN'T. That's a Happy Easter.

We rejoice with you at this special time of year in your new calling. We know the Lord will be glorified. Can you imagine what it will be like for Him to hear all the voices lifted up all over the world this weekend? Hallelujah, He is risen...He is risen, indeed!

My daughter and I were really moved by the worship time and teaching at the Siesta weekend in January. Thanks for leading it during such a wild month in your life!

So excited for you and your famiy as you jump into this new adventure God has for you! You've blessed my heart big time, and I just know that the Lord will get all the glory this weekend!

Oh, and I'm stealing that last sentence from your post. I'll give you credit for it. :)

I'll NEVER have as many good quotes as Chris Thomason, but THAT is a great quote, and I just "Retweeted" it. :)

I was going to post on the other comment and then you post this! I am so excited for you guys. As we were in prayer last night He brought you and the family to my mind and I prayed for quite sometime about this weekend. I continued to stay in prayer for the transition that the next couple of months will bring. I specifically felt that the Lord was placing an increase upon your songwriting. I found myself praying that He will begin to move prophetically through the Body at Englewood and beyond as He writes through you. He has already touched so many through your music but it seemed as I prayed that it would be specific to the move of the Spirit with the people at Englewood.
Loving you and your sweet family,

Just make sure you have the right clothes this year, Travis. No trips to WalMart or Nordstrom for you! Blessings to you and your family this Easter.
