Still Treading

Still treading. Still needing prayers. Computer has crashed twice. Lost some stuff this last time. Unexplainable back pain hit me yesterday while singing in Kentucky. The pain is still with me. Still have to finish the new project this week, and the work load is literally more than I can handle in the natural realm. Only God can make a way to get everything done. And I am trusting Him to do it.

Thank you for your prayers. I will see you on the other side of this mountain that I am commanding to move...

I just heard the story about the faith of a mustard seed last night. That even if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move!' and it will move!

A little fyi about mustard seeds...you can plan a tomato plant next to jalapeno peppers, and that tomato will take on the characteristic of that pepper. But if you plan the mustard seed underneath a slab of concrete, that tiny seed will take route and grow into something marvelous. Isn't God awesome???

Insert words:"BUT GOD". I'm praying.

We are all layin' some hands on you, brother.
Blessed Redeemer, Saviour and King, in Your Name (above all names) we ask that You would bless Travis with the power of Your Spirit raising him up and defeating every attack that has come his way. Father, I pray for Travis to be broken in his great love for You. Not broken in spirit or heart. Just broken and undone over Your Glory. Shine on him and let Your Favor fall like rain. He is such a mighty warrior for You, Lord! Bless him and guard him. In Jesus Name. AMEN!

Praying for you that all will go well. Hang in there. There are alot of people praying for you. I am listening to Found right now and just want you to know it has really helped me deal with some things that are going on with my husband and his job and people that work with him. It seems as if God is asking us to do such hard things right now yet we know he has our best interest at heart and that he is going before us in all things. Thank you for reminding me of this through Falling and I'm Over. God Bless You

WOW! How do YOU spell stress?? This is what I was led to praying for you: Psalm 31

O LORD, I have come to you for protection; don't let me be put to shame. Rescue me, for you always do what is right. 2 Bend down and listen to me; rescue me quickly. Be for me a great rock of safety, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me. 3 You are my rock and my fortress. For the honor of your name, lead me out of this peril. 4 Pull me from the trap my enemies set for me, for I find protection in you alone. 5 I entrust my spirit into your hand. Rescue me, LORD, for you are a faithful God. 6 I hate those who worship worthless idols. I trust in the LORD. 7 I am overcome with joy because of your unfailing love, for you have seen my troubles, and you care about the anguish of my soul. 8 You have not handed me over to my enemy but have set me in a safe place."

As you well know He is FAITHFUL and will sustain and protect you. And deliver you from this. Praying with you.. hang on.

Just catching up on your blog after a busy couple of weeks. After reading this entry I had to share with you what got me through on Easter weekend (I'm a worship leader / music director). The theme of our Good Friday service was your song "This Is The Day" and I caught myself many times over the last few months repeating over and over the lyrics - what a great way to start the day. Then, in the wee hours of Easter morning, my son decided to get sick. My husband had left earlier in the day for a missions trip so I was the lone parent. So, having to be at church at 7:00, I packed up my son (with a bucket) and we headed to church to lead the morning services. On the way there, I shared with my son the words from your song - Father I am weary and I'm struggling...BUT this is the day the Lord has made! What a great perspective for Easter morning despite the attempts of Satan to prevent us from celebrating! THANK YOU for such a wonderful inspiration!
