A Quick Message To Women's Ministry Leaders

This is really late notice. But I feel compelled to let you know about an event that is happening next week. It's the 2010 Notional Women's Leadership Forum. This is a training event for women who are in ministry leadership positions of any kind. It doesn't matter if you have 5 or 500 women in your ministry. If God has called you to facilitate ministry for women, this event will be AMAZING for you.

The event is next week, November 9-11, 2010 at Ridgecrest Conference Center in Ridgecrest, NC. My team and I will be leading the worship all three days. Beth Moore, as well as her daughter Melissa and son-in-law Curtis Jones will be speaking. There will be breakouts of all kinds, where you can focus your learning to fit your specific needs.

I really should have blogged about this sooner. I'm sorry I didn't. But if it's not too late, and this conference fits you, I hope you will make every effort to attend. You can find all of the information you need here.

Anybody out there already coming?

I'm headed that way from middle Georgia bright and very early Tuesday morning. It's been on my calendar for a year!

I'm praying it will be a great time of equipping for me. This is my thirteenth year serving the women in my church, and I need refueling!

Blessings to everyone - I can't wait to meet all of you!

So glad you and your team were there to lead us! We were moved by your gift of music and want to thank you for your service! We all came home looking for Blood of Jesus Be My All and cannot seem to find a recording of it. Is there one? Will there be one soon? This is a powerful song that we would love to share with others!

Can you please tell me how to get the song that y'all did for this - Christ is lifted up, and I bow down were some of the words. I have searched everywhere and can't find it.

I'll chime in. My wife was there. She said that there y'all were outstanding, as always. There was a very dramatic/epic song you did that she'd never heard, that was evidently done with less crowd participation, though obviously the Spirit was moving during that song, based on her reaction. She can't remember enough of the words for us to track it down, but she can't stop raving about the song. Anyone know what it was? She thinks it was Tuesday, but it may have been Wednesday.

Travis, I was at the forum and it was OUTSTANDING! The praise and worship are always great, but this time, it was more than words can fully express. And the song "Blood of Jesus Be My All" was life-changing, literally. To fully focus of the blood of Jesus, to understand in a fresh way the cost of His sacrifice, well it was profound. Not only for myself but for ladies that I was there with. We all loved it. I too had to find out what the song was and did find it on your "Run To The Cross" cd. So ladies, go to Travis' website and order your copy or just check at the nearest Lifeway. Thanks Travis for a memorable experience. May God continue to bless you in a mighty way.

I was there and it was great! Loved every minute and it was great to see you again. Saw you last year in Nashville at the Women's Leadership Conference. Love your family videos. Hope you get a chance to listen to my daughters CD.
